Qué (quién) es viral polyneuritis - definición

PROTEIN FOUND IN ANY SPECIES OF VIRUS
Viral proteins; Viral membrane fusion protein; Viral glycoprotein; Viral glycoproteins

Viral load
AMOUNT OF VIRUS FOUND IN HOST TISSUE OR A GIVEN VOLUME OF FLUID
Viral load test; HIV viral load; Viral burden; HIV viral load test; HIV load test
Viral load, also known as viral burden, is a numerical expression of the quantity of virus in a given volume of fluid, including biological and environmental specimens. It is not to be confused with viral titre or viral titer, which depends on the assay.
Viral culture
LABORATORY TEST
Shell vial; Virus isolation; Viral isolation; Viral testing; Virus culture
Viral culture is a laboratory technique in which samples of a virus are placed to different cell lines which the virus being tested for its ability to infect. If the cells show changes, known as cytopathic effects, then the culture is positive.

CHANGE IN CELL PHENOTYPE RESULTING FROM INSERTION OF VIRAL GENETIC MATERIAL
Abortive infection; Nonproductive infection; Viral cell transformation
Viral transformation is the change in growth, phenotype, or indefinite reproduction of cells caused by the introduction of inheritable material. Through this process, a virus causes harmful transformations of an in vivo cell or cell culture.

Viral protein

A viral protein is both a component and a product of a virus. Viral proteins are grouped according to their functions, and groups of viral proteins include structural proteins, nonstructural proteins, regulatory proteins, and accessory proteins. Viruses are non-living and do not have the means to reproduce on their own, instead depending on their host cell's resources in order to reproduce. Thus, viruses do not code for many of their own viral proteins, and instead use the host cell's machinery to produce the viral proteins they require for replication.
